ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND (IF A REPLACEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE) ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION
To be eligible for an exchange (or refund if replacement is not available), you must contact us at info@allpurposebond.com within 7 days of order receipt. Please reference your order confirmation number and the items that were damaged. We may need images of the damaged items to file claim with the carrier. We will ship your replacements ASAP once all information is verified.
